**** CCD Couriers. Seek an alternative.

You guys seriously need to get rid of CCD Couriers.

I ordered a Rain router on 3/11/2024. After two failed deliveries and poor communication from them, I had to cancel my order. I don't understand why they would have an issue with my ID and refuse to hand over my package.

The second time the delivery guy came, he told me he has to go back to his car to make a call and just ended up driving off with my package.

CCD is bad for your business, and you've just lost a new customer (not that I ever even was one since I never received WHAT I PAID FOR!!!!!).
