CCD Couriers + Rain Don't Mix

Absolutely shocking, I had to wait two weeks for my device to be delivered, had power outings all day, could not print the relevant documents for collection but had copy's from just past 3 months ago and driver from CCD Couriers did not want to deliver the parcel. I took leave to receive the package even though someone is at my house 24/7. Had to make arrangements for collections and this is what I have to deal with. Courier company failed in providing proper service as they did not want to deliver to my office. Pathetic.

I wish to cancel with rain and get my money back. If this is what service is like, I won't do business with them.
