To whom it may concern
Kindly note that I cancelled my month to month with Rain, however I am so surprise when payment was processed from Rain. Honestly I could sue the company as this is not an authorised payment. I now have to leave my account on minus because rain has authority to just take money from my account anytime they want. I would like rain to bring back my money as I did my cancellation in February 2023 due to unstable network. I am very disappointed and willing to take this matter further. Taking money from the account that is not authorized is *****.
