Can't stop the RAIN.
RAIN changed me from 'limited time' account to ' full time' account WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. They then billed me accordingly, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. They then take monthly deductions from my account WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I want to cancel my subscription but they won't respond to my requests to cancel.
