Can't sort out network outages, customer care keeps passing the buck

Can't sort out constant connection issue. Customer care just keep sending me all over the place. It's a never ending struggle.

Anyway my network is offline again and no one can help, just passing the buck.

I often have outages (where even if rain network shows in a manual network search and I manually select it, I'm blocked from connecting) or unusable slow speeds (0.49mbps). Sometimes it happens frequently in one week, hardly happens in the next. Most of the time my network is great. Having speeds as high as 25mbps at times and full network coverage.

I have multiple tickets dating back months about this issue. (Just look up my email address *** and see how many emails I've sent you)

Really wish rain had a direct competitor that could complete on price. But unfortunately there ain't any so I'm stuck with rain.

Anyway please fix your network in my area.
