Can't see products on app

I don't know why but in the rain app it's just blank don't show my products at all i tryed uninstalling and reinstalling the app the same problem on rain go it shows mu products but I can't see how much sms or voice minutes or data I have left on the 4g products I even tryed resetting my password and it doesn't help
