Can't make calls on rainOne
I just subscribed to rainOne but so far I'm unable to make calls unless I use rainTalk app. So that means if I don't have data I can't make any calls. I have reported the issue but no one has responded. I'm very disappointed with the service.

24 May 2023, 12:52I'm using a Samsung Galaxy A03. I can use data on the simcards. But for me to make calls I have to use rainTalk. This means I have to be connected to the internet. I cannot make calls without rainTalk.

24 May 2023, 13:33That is a lie. When I try to make a call with rain talk with my data or Wi-Fi off, I get message saying that there is no network connection. Clearly even you guys don't know how your apps work.
