Can't log into my account

Since I paid my subscription yesterday I can't log into my account its saying incorrect password or email but it's the password and email I have been using and have saved it on the dashboard app and I wanted to subscribe for another simcard but I can't log into my account anymore.i wonder if someone hacked my account or its them hacking my account.
