Can't get hold of Rain to do an EFT

I am struggling to get hold of rain for a week since they disconnected my WiFi die to my oder that didn't go of which the alway do on the 4th and they did deduct on the 1st or 2nd. Now I can't get hold of them on phone or a mail they keep on saying they will come back in 24 to 48 hours but this has been n week now. There is no payment options on their website so I can do an eft payment this is really annoying now. We need our service for work as well but they just don't care. Please wake up and do your work most of the people are back at work so don't say it's because of covid get more people in to work if you can't get to all clients. This is the last email we send ref number. Urgent
