Can't get hold of rain

I'm not happy about rain it's not easy to get hold of them. Their service is so poor ive been trying to get hold of them i cant go through.I requested a call from rain since last week Wensday because we are having problems with the rooter since the rooter is written"no internet" on it.They only send the reference number after I've requested a call from them.
