CANT GET HOLD OF ANYONE AT RAIN PAID R699 and still don't have my package

I am very annoyed at rain . I cannot get hold of anyone there . I paid r699 and still don't have my package . I advised them I don't have my original ID only drivers license and a certified Copy of my id which the agent of rain said is fine and ram agent said certified copy will do but both drivers refused to give my package and the last delivery guy was so rude he didn't even bother switching off the car left it on and kept pulling away until issue was resolved. I have called ram of which they said rain has to authorize exchange but I can't get hold of anyone. When they wanted my business they called me a million times. I have sent several emails and contact support but no one is getting back to me . if someone from rain doesn't call me today I want a full refund immediately or this issue resolved . the solution is simple so please call me so I can tell it to u.
