Can't get a refund once contract is cancelled months ago

I have cancelled my Rain account on 4 March 2021 (Ref ***) and still each month they deduct the subscription. I have queried this and each time somebody will get back, but that somebody just disappears like rain before the sun. The other ref numbers is *** & ***

I will not recommend Rain to anybody as their service is really bad.
