Can't complain about Rain internet service provider as there ain't service at sal.

What pathetic service we get from Rain here in Bathurst,for over a month now we had no internet service yet Rain expect us to pay for services we don't receive. Well we can't complain about service from Rain as there is no service at all even complaining to the customer care department.
