Can't close account
Can't ever speak to a human all this Ai nonsense. Canceled my account November 2024 and they still spamming me with message saying my account is R5000 in arrears. Literally the worst DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! IF YOU CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT THEY DINT CLOSE IT AND YOU END UP OWNING THEM MONEY!!!
