Cant cancel Rain internet provider!!! BE Warned!

We are trying to cancel our rain subscription since april 2024 - they keep on saying that they will get back to you , or contact you. Nothing is happening. The worst service provider ever. We pay for a 60meg line and most of the time we only get about 3-5mbps.... and they don't want to cancel for 15 months. Paying R880./ month and not getting any service. They just keep on deducting
