Can't cancel order - refund due

I've been attempting to cancel my order for the last week. It can't be cancelled via the website and neither sales nor support can assist. The query was escalated to another department that apparently can't take calls. Emails go unanswered and support tickets are ignored. I am due a refund but nobody is willing or able to assist. 8 days and counting.
