Cant cancel - "NO CONTRACT"

After sales service is horrible. Tried calling the call centre but they cant assist because I am unable to answer 1 security question, they have recorded the physical address as the address they had delivered to and not a residential address. I asked them to cancel but they still trying to debit my account every 2 days. Its no contract but they wont stop taking your money. 1 star is far to generous.
