Can't cancel my contract

I've been trying to cancel my contract for close to 3 months now. I have a number of reference numbers and numerous phone calls, all of which basically apologize for the tardy response and a promise to sort it out. This is now a desperate attempt to get it sorted out.

It seems that this is a common problem with RAIN as I've seen numerous complaints of this nature.

Thanks for your quick response. This will be the third time this has been done, but Tina assured me that she would see to it that the contract gets cancelled.
