Cannot solve network problem
Their service is poor. I have more than 6 reference numbers complaining about the network being either poor or average and they have been promising to to solve the problem. I had network issues for 3months and every month they debit my account without shame. I have to buy data from other service providers to surf the net and use apps. I called on Monday for cancelation and they said an agent will be in touch the following day. I am so disappointed in them and they should not even try to debit my account. I am so ****ed off😡😠
