Cannot RICA SIM - poor support
Received a RAIN SIM card from clicks. Paid to activate the card. Have issues trying to RICA sim. Support says, try a friends phone. No telephonic contact to assist. Slow email responses.

Is there anyway to get a refund due to the lack of service. Because next, i will be charged for August and still have no service. Very frustrating, honestly!!
