Cannot Rica Rain sim

My dad app**** for a Rain sim for internet, he paid and the sim was delivered. HOWEVER, we have been trying since Monday the 3rd to get the sim activated. When you click on the Rica button, there is a popup that says that they sms'd a link. He does not get the sms with the link and it is his correct cell number. He tried phoning on Monday and Tuesday and nobody could assist. I phoned on his behalf on Wednesday and was told that somebody from the Rica department would phone him within 24 hours. That never happened! He logged 2 support tickets on Thursday and still nobody contacted him. I once again phoned this morning and was told by the support technician that he is unable to get hold of anybody in the Rica department. WHAT ELSE MUST WE DO TO GET THIS RESOLVED???
