cannot rica and activate my sim

I took out the r479 unlimited package yesterday and collected the sim from clicks cornubia. When i got home to rica and activate my sim on the website it does not allow me to do so without taking another contract. When asked to enter the sim details all i get is SIM VERIFIED. I have tried logging the issue on the support tab , i selected 4G but does not allow me to submit! Can someone if you are there assist me!
