Cannot make payment

Rain,is great accept that I am now suspended and trying to make payment and they do NOT take the old mutual money account payments apparently the card is recognized as international the funny thing is that they could take money when we registered for the sim, now in inconvenienced as I am without service and cannot pay. Does that make sense. Oh and as for your advisers they are something else they get rid of you one they have no more answers. Nonhle namely.
