Cannot log in on the internet, no network

#***: I have logged a call before with the above reference number, and weeks later I only got a call from one of your consultants, however, I was in a meeting and could not answer. Can someone please call me again as I am still unable to use the internet, yet money is being debited from my account.

I have done the below, but still, there is no network. APN: rain IP version: IPv4 Authentication Type: CHAP IPv4/IPv6 number: *99#
