Cannot get Subscription cancelled

I have been email Rain since 27/04/2022 to cancel my subscription but do not get it resolved I called and was told they will call me back. I missed the return call and even thought I returned the call immediately after, I am still waiting. No reply to my any emails. No reply to my reply email re the cancellation reply. They take their debit order claiming it’s in areas which is a lie as the first thing the do before anything happens is taking money for the subscription How do I get them cancelled?
