Cannot get rid of RAIn ISP

Trying to cancel my contract with Rain. Not able to do it on the rain,co,za web site, option not available. Try to contact support - does not recognise my address verbatim to my registered information - did it before but now not possible Tried the Rain support number *** and was on hold for 20 minutes without being able to speak to a so called consultant - guess they are on tea, lunch or dinner.
