Cannot get into contact

It goes above me how a company can go through the effort of advertising everywhere and then when someone wants to sign up, it is impossible for you to get hold of them.

When you call their number, you hold on forever. I would think they would have a team of guys on standby to sign up new customer. If this is how it goes in sales, I dread to think about how it goes in support!

Eventually you give up and do what with AA tells you and send a mail to Support. Well after the 3rd enail i have now officially given up and looking at all the complaints on here, perhaps it is a good thing.
