Cannot even cancel with them

Why must I create a support ticket to cancel my service???? Your support is non existent, where is a number I can call you on??

Philisiwe Magwaza just closed my ticket for my cancellation, I will spam that cancel button until someone sends me confirmation that it will be cancelled, I will reverse ALL debit orders from you because I sent in my cancellation request on 2 March 2021
