CANNOT CONTACT RAIN!!
This is the most difficult company to get hold of. On their phone line, there is a message to use the website for support. That service is not working. It takes them 3 weeks to respond to an email.
I have cancelled my service, but they still deduct the money every month! I have no way of contacting them.
