Cannot Change Debit Details
Why does Rain make it impossible to change debit details? After multiple attempts and authentication through the banking app as required, Rain simply refuses to chnage the banking details.
Want support? Not unless you want to speak to AI that just spews out unhelpful pre-programmed responses that do nothing to assist.
Do humans even work at Rain anymore?
