Cannot cancel rain subscription.

I am trying to cancel my rain sim card and debit order, since we've recently required fibre service. This is where the story get interesting. I am trying to log into my rain account but suddenly my provided email and password shows incorrect. I cannot cancel the debit order at the bank and have no way to cancel the debit order. Is there anyone that can help me.

I don't know about positive feedback, because I still have the same problem. I can't log into you're website to cancel my rain sim card, because according to rain my log in details are incorrect. Please cancel my subscription with immediate effect.
