Cannot cancel

No feedback or assistance when you need to cancel.

I have tried MULTIPLE times to cancel my Rain subscription but liek always nobody will assist with a cancelation or get back to their paying clients.

Rain is useless and cannot have the decency to pick up a call even if my call was transferred. Yet again I have wasted a whole day and a whole lot of airtime for people who are *****ing my money.
