Cancelling rain 4G Unlimited

I have the unlimited 4G package, which is supposed to give you speeds of "up to 10 mb/s". The speeds that I get don't even go past 1 mb/s. This is very frustrating because I am a computer science student through Unisa, so everything is online. So many people have been complaining about this but nothing is being done. Either no response or the same excuses every time. I will be cancelling my services with rain and move over to RSAWeb for fixed LTE.
