Cancelling problems

I am disappointed with far rain has fallen off, I used to use it 2 years back and the network would somehow work even in the most remote places I was in. Recently I signed up for the rain One and my sim cards were not making calls, I could not use my minutes at all! I was scheduled to move away so I cancelled, they made an offer of R200 off and I rep**** YES, the agent who called immediately cut the call before I could even answer. Their agents are so lazy, so unhelpful, it’s like they are forced to work there or something. Honestly it’s embarrassing how bad rain is now. Since it got a large client base, it stopped caring about its service.
