Cancelling Nightmare

Pathetic service. Signing up is a breeze but cancelling is a nightmare. They also ***** your money as they have taken a monthly subscription after the service has been cancelled. After three phone calls and promises that Veronica (manager) would be calling me, I have sent countless e mails requesting for someone to resolve my problem......not a single contact. How will I manage to get my money (R699) back???
