Cancelling An Order

I have been trying to cancel this order and get a refund but there’s no way to contact rain except via email and all you get are call logs with a promise of a callback but that doesn’t happen. These are just some of the call log references: ***5, ***3, ***2, ***. .

It’s time a complaint should be filed with the Ombudsman against this ************ organization.
