Cancel my service, yet i still get billed. This after battling for 3 months to actually getting the service to work. This company is USELESS

You have this wrong, as my service was cancelled end on June and I paid the last installment en of July. There is not even an invoice on the Rain website for me for this month. Please refund me ASAP.
