Cancelled Subscription but Rain debited my account even after months of cancellation!

I cancelled my subscription with rain a while back but out of the blue the debited my account. It’s been so frustrating to get hold of them, their service is very poor. The consultant I spoke to assured me that they have cancelled it and there wont be deductions as I am unable to unlink my card from their website.

I cancelled due to constantly having bad to no connection but I have been paying monthly.

I want my refund.
