Cancelled sim

I used to be a fan of Rain as I have two sim cards (one for me and one for my daughter) and I have had relatively decent connectivity, especially when other providers are down. However, that was before the festive break, and on return from holiday my sim links to the internet but there is no internet itself. Trying to have this resolved has been impossible with possibly the consultants being absolutely useless as they appear to have either little or no understanding of the written/spoken word of English. I have cancelled my sim.
