CANCELLED SERVICE - BUT STILL DEBITED
In October 2021 we cancelled ref ***8 ever since that I have been debited spoke to Malvin Naidoo from CC, Kirtan Singh CEO and arranged that they must come collect the devise but nothing, I have demanded for my money to be reversed 5 payments with no service - I have over 58 emails with both Malvin and Kirtan my money is still not reversed. I have had over 50 calls from them and till this day my account is being debited by RAIN! No one has bothered to collect the device. Which I find very much unfair coz I am sitting with a device that I am not using and my account is always in a negative because of Rain!!! I want all my debit to be reversed back into my account, ALL 5 OF THEM!

01 Mar 2022, 14:46If this is not sorted out ASAP i am going to take Legal action against RAIN for theft because you had no right to debit my account when services were cancelled. No contract was signed but you debit my account monthly. I always have to email Kirt and Marvin on the same issue all the time!!! I AM TIRED OF THIS
