Cancelled Sale/ Delivery from CCD Because of Bank Letter as proof of residence

I ordered Wi-Fi which was a quick transaction. Come to delivery their courier company called CCD wants bank statement instead of a bank letter for proof of address. I prefer privacy hence the bank letter. I feel rain should also make provision for such. I have used my letter at Telkom, no problem. Go there instead, a piece of paper cause me to cancel my order. I was excited, no so disappointed. Some couriers company just need your ID scan and done. Rather ask people to upload documents before you rush for the sales. Clearly your backend sucks . Ditch that useless of a red tape
