Cancelled rain but they're still billing me.

I signed up for a month to month contract then I CANCELLED my contract within the first week as I was not happy with my services. They've charged me for that now they're still charging me as it states next billing date 1 July 2020? Worst service ever. No one answers the phones... no one replies to emails... theres absolutely no customer service whatsoever.
