CANCELLED RAIN BUT STILL BEING CHARGED
My issue with Rain is besides the fact that the signal is very bad, that I cannot get them to stop charging me and months ago I cancelled and received confirmation, called and was told someone would collect and I do not need to take it to Rain. This goes on and on. I need to end this deduction due having a new internet service provider, but they do not follow-up or call me. How do I stop this???? I cannot stop this as it does not reflect as a debit order but a card deduction.

21 Nov 2023, 07:32Thank you. Only using router while waiting for cancellation as I am paying for the service anyway. I cannot find original cancel Ref as it was a long time ago and I called a few times. I will try the steps online and hope this will work. Thank you
