Cancelled my subscription today!
I've been with Rain for about 8 months, and the last two I have had nothing but trouble with the service. I'm lucky to get 2Mbps download with full signal on my 4G mifi router with the tower less than 500m away. And don't think you get any assistance once a ticket is lodged.... Cancelled today.
