Cancelled my services and awaiting refund

I have been trying to acknowledgement that they received my cancellation with them. Firstly you cannot phone them. Then the same guy ask me the same question 3 times, if my issue has been resolved. I give the same answer. It is like they do not even read their mail. Not even Telkom is this BAD
