Cancelled my account but you keep deducting

I cancelled this contract last month already but you have decided to debit my account with the November fees. Because you think you are smart, i'll do you one better, i will cancel my bank account and keep your router to reimburse myself for the charge you took against my consent for November. Cancel my account and refund me!!!!!!!!!!
