Cancelled Contract with Rain

I received an SMS the Rain account is in arrears after the last payment went off on the 30th June 2023.

Almost a year after I have cancelled this contract you decided to give my details to a 3rd party. Fix your mess I will take the matter up with the Ombudsman. You keep on billing people.

No calls no emails after almost a year, you must be joking. No wonder people start complaining about your service.

You violated the POPIACT by giving my details to a 3rd party.
