Cancelled contract, but still trying to deduct monies from my account!!!!

This is the worst internet provider ever!!! I have cancelled my contract more than 5 months ago and still they are trying to deduct monies from my account. We don't use this service anymore. No manager or CEO is ever available for this company to speak to. You are *****ing from people without their consent. I will take this matter further if my contract does not get cancelled today!!!! I have sent email, I have phoned and still the internet is not cancelled. This is no ling term contract as it is only month to month and still after cancelling the contract you keep on phoning and messaging me. WAKE UP AND FIX THIS PROBLEM OR GET THE OWNER OR MANAGER TO PHONE ME as the operators do not know what they are doing
