Cancelled Contract But Still Deducting Money

I cancelled my contract in August 2021 and they arranged for the courier company to pick up the device, which happened. My cancellation was confirmed. All of a sudden they start deducting money from my account again. This happened in October and again today, 1 December 2021. May I please have my money back. Please
