Cancelled but Demanded to Pay

I cancelled my rain subscription in April 2023. The reference number is ***. I am being bul**** and harassed to pay R2116. My understanding is that rain is not a contract. It’s month to month. The service doesn’t get activated if you do not pay. We should not be accumulating any fees . Please fix this
